Bootable usb for windows 8.1 oem

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/xsmTgs As you can see I do have an OEM copy of windows 8.1 selected in my parts and no optical drive. And I was wondering how to make a bootable usb with an oem copy of windows 8.1. Note I am on windows xp right now so if you could base the answer off of that, that would be great. Cause I still am so confused after looking at many discussions.

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/create-reset-refresh-media go here, click "create media " and there is a process to put the setup onto your usb flash drive. Make sure the usb is plugged into during this.

Then I think you would have to get an actual dvd drive and run the windows 8.1 cd to install. Just get this its like 14 bucks http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&DEPA=0&Order=BESTMATCH&Description=dvd+drive&N=-1&isNodeId=1
