Best Simulation Racing Games for PC 2015

I am a great fan of Gran Turismo on PlayStation. I am now moving to PC gaming I would like to know what is the best Racing Games on PC offering similar option like Gran Turismo (Driving Test with license; Being able to tune up and boost cars; Online racing competition). Please feel free to list all of your suggestions. Thank in advance

F1 2015 just came out for PC I think and it is pretty good from what I hear.

f1 2015 gets my vote, I know a lot of people who still play 2013. But like you OP I really loved gran turismo. Too bad for the pc master race......

If you want rally - Dirt Rally is looking excellent.

Codemasters have a few decent racing games to look at, and find one to suit your style.
