Hello

I'm looking to buy a video card eg:Sapphire Radeon R7 260X OC 1GB DDR5 128-bit somethingh with separate power and i was wondering if it will work (6+2 Pin) to 6 pin PCI-E.

I wouldn't do that as you risk setting fire to your PC.

You just leave the +2 pin of the 6+2 hanging, that will give you a single 6pin connector.
