I dont know much about PC Build, this is my first build !!

Do i need a CPU Cooler for it ?
Is it possible to edit 4K Video on it ?
Do i need to upgrade SMPS or UPS to higher power ?
Will the 1866 Mhz Ram makes much difference than 1600 Mhz ?

and i haven't yet decided on the Case yet !! Any suggestion ?! i'm looking for one with glass panel on the side :)

I will be mostly using it for 1080p Video edit,VFX and 3d modeling also small bit of gaming

Not bad. My thoughts are below

MB & CPU - You would need to add a CPU Cooler to that list to overclock, however for a first time build I would suggest not overclocking. It isn't exactly needed to have a high performing workstation. The major changes below are with an H97 motherboard and high end CPU not meant for overclocking.
SSD - You will find that the 120GB SSD is fairly small when you get to editing or working with larger files. Look toward something larger.
PSU - Nothing from Corsair that starts with VS, C or Builder. Best to just stick with XFX or Seasonic...
MONITOR - If you are looking at 2560x1080, consider 2560x1440.
