I ordered a Gigabyte 980 G1 edition gpu to replace my aged 7870.
My Question. Ive been an AMD user for... damn since dot. My new 980 is coming with boost 2.0, can someone explain what this does exactly to my card pIease? I read the nvidia description, and its some type of auto overclocking thing? Sorry for being vague, I test gpu overclocks as soon as I get a new card, to see how much play room I have. Will this boost and the G1 oc mode, overclock my gpu dynamically higher than stock clocks? (1291mhz)
