Hi.

And I have a question, Can I enable turbo boost?

Couse in bios doesent seems it.

CPU: Intel I5 3450

No, most prebuilt machines do not allow over clocking, which is what Turbo Boost does. If you want to overclock, you will probably need to build your own computer.
