Hello,

I checked around and saw a few different answers so i just wanted to make sure,
Im currently using a SSD in my PC and basically just want to add another HDD for extra space for movies, music, games etc.
Since i have my OS on my SSD already, all i have to do is just add the HDD and move things over right? I saw someone refer to a video for SSD/HDD optimization ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oyz5g6Sipaw ), is this necessary?

Thanks and sorry if i didnt search enough q_q

You just need to install it in your case, power in the data and power cable and you should be able to detect it. You may need to format it/ assign a drive letter before you can use it as a storage device. No you don't really need any optimization for the HDD as a secondary drive.
