Hello guys,

So, I have recently decided to switch to AMD Build and had already built the following system for gaming and multimedia purposes.

CPU: AMD FX-8350 Black Edition
Motherboard: MSI 970 Gaming
Graphic Card: MSI R9 380
PSU: Cooler Master 650W
Storage: G.Skill 56gb SSD, Seagate 250gb HDD, WD 1TB HDD
Cooler: CM Hyper 212X
Casing: NZXT S340
RAM: 2x4gb Kingston Fury DD3 1600mhz, 2x2gb G.Skill DD3 Ripjaw 1833mhz

Also, the mix and match of the storage and RAM is mostly due to me, salvaging my old Intel rig. I have no plans to OC yet as the current performance is the PC has already exceeded some of my expectations.

As for my question, i was thinking of replacing my RAM and was planning to go for G.Skill Aegis 1x8B DDR3 1600 sticks. Most likely, i would be targetting for 16GB in total RAM at 1600Mhz. I am choosing this product specifically due to availability and cost.

G.Skill Aegis

I've gone through some of the documents from MSI but was unable to determine the compatibility between the Motherboard and RAM.

Could anyone help me out or point me in the right direction?
