I own a Xeon E5-2683 v3 ES and would like to use it with Asrock X99e-ITX/ac. Would it be compatible with my CPU?

I know that it could support up to 18 cores but we are talking about Engineering Sample CPU here. I think not all BIOS would support ES/QS, wouldn't they?
