600W PSU Enough for i7 4770k and Gigabyte GTX 980 G1 Gaming

I'm thinking about replacing my old videocard with a Gigabyte GTX 980 Ti G1 Gaming, and i want to know if 600W PSU is enough for it with cpu mentioned above.

Easily! A full system needs maybe 400W if it is FULLY loaded, so yep, it will

It's not quite that simple. Nvidia recommends at least a 600W PSU with the 250W GTX 980 Ti: http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-980-ti/specifications
Other factors could increase even that.

A 980 from Gigabyte uses 2 x 8pins, which means that it can use 375W (with the power of the mobo) If the CPU uses 140W, we are on approx. 500W, should work out

I was referring to your comment that "A full system needs maybe 400W if it is FULLY loaded". Obviously that isn't so.
