Is 50 degrees Celsius under 100% load safe?

CPU fan running at 65% gives an average of 50 degrees Celsius under 100% load, tested using Prime95

Depends on the CPU, but in general 50c loaded is very very good actually.

For most CPUs 50c under load is great. Most AMD CPUs max out at 62.5c and most Intel CPUs max out at 72c so you have plenty of head room and shouldn't need to worry about temperatures.

Depends on the GPU. Most can handle up to 80c, some are rated for 95c.
