Is migrating Windows 7 from a small ssd to a larger ssd possible?

I have a 128 GB ssd for windows 7 but recently got a 500 GB ssd for extra storage. I am now running low on space on the OS drive so I want to migrate it to the new drive so I don't have to keep deleting files to free up space. Is this possible without a fresh install?

Yes, you will need a third party disk image software like Acronis to mirror everything over to the new SSD.

But if you were to investigate exactly where your space is going on that 128GB drive, you might not have to.

There are a LOT of space suckers in a Windows install.
