You better start with what is your problem. "Double NAT", with only one router, could mean that your ISP is NATting for you (and you're getting private WAN IP address).
Is here any way to forward ports then?
What are frist two numbers from the IP address coming into your router? Are they the same as reported by e.g. myipaddress.com?
If you double-NATted, you have to arrange with your ISP for port forwarding, and I doubt you will have any luck.
