Okay so over the past week or so my computer has been acting up and crashing. Or when I put it to sleep/shut down when I turn it back on it gives me the black screen and says windows failed to startup or whatever and I have to press enter to "start windows normally"

I spent a while updating all my drivers, backing things up, cleaning out my PC in general. After I did this it seemed to be fine for a while, no crashes, no failed startups. (About 3 days).

Today, however, I wake up and go to press my keyboard to start up my computer because it had been put to sleep the night prior. My keyboard lights up, mouse lights up, I get a failed to startup black screen so I click start windows normally. Then it just shuts off. Monitors went black, keyboard turned off, mouse turned off.
I look in the side of my case and see that my gpu fans are still spinning, but all my case fans and heat sink fan are not spinning.

I'm so confused as to why this would just randomly happen overnight. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

I followed the trouble shooting guide and still have accomplished nothing. I will breadboard it when I return home and post the results. Any help or recommendations on what to do or what could be the problem is still appreciated.
