Troubleshooting Help:
Parts List:
i5-3470, MSI R9 390, AsRock Z75 Pro3, EVGA 750W Bronze PSU, 8GB DDR3, WD 1TB 7200RPM HDD
Describe your problem. List any error messages and symptoms. Be descriptive.
I just replaced my old GPU, R7 265, with my new one, a R9 390. After the welcome screen, my desktop flashes for a second and then goes black.
List anything you've done in attempt to diagnose or fix the problem.
I've tried another R9 390 and the same thing happened so I know it's not a faulty card. I uninstalled the old drivers using just my integrated CPU's graphics (couldn't uninstall a program in safe mode), disabled CPU's graphics, and tried installing new graphics in safe mode w/network mode.
Any help here would be appreciated. Thanks.
