The least expensive board for overclocking an FX would be this https://pcpartpicker.com/part/asrock-motherboard-970performance but if you plan on SLI/Crossfire then I suggest spending more to get a motherboard with the 990fx chipset.

If you just want maximum functionality and overclocking, with no mind to budget, then the best board is probably one of these http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/compare/asrock-motherboard-990fxextreme9%2Casrock-motherboard-fatal1ty990fxprofessional/

But if you haven't bought the FX-8350 then I suggest going with Intel, as they are better for gaming at the moment.
