Two Issues with Internal Network

I made this diagram to try illustrating the setup where I work.

Issue #1:

Computer D can't seem to access the Network Flash Drive. The Network Flash Drive is connected to the main Modem/Router, that has a USB port for sharing with the Network. Computer D is connected to the network through a spare router that I had lying around and I turned off DHCP to use it as a switch, in the diagram it's No DHCP Router.

Any idea what can be blocking access to the Flash Drive? I was trying to map it as a Network Drive in Computer D.

Issue #2:

Computers B and C can't access the Network Printer! The Network Printer is a Brother MFC-8890DW and is connected through the ethernet cable. Computer B is running Windows XP SP2 (yes, I know!) and Computer C is running Windows 7 32bits. It's important to note that Computer B could see the printer when installing but was never able to print on it. Furthermore, Computer C used to be able to print, but for some reason it stopped, tried reinstalling the driver to no avail, but still should be a local problem and not with the network, right?

I appreciate the help!

Kanewolf, yes, it is connected to the LAN port. Computer D has access to the internet and works without any issues other than not being able to Map the Network Flash Drive. Also, Computer A can print on the Network Printer.

! Maybe that's it. I honestly didn't notice if they're all set in the same Subnet Masks (I hope that's what you're talking about), tomorrow the first thing I'll do when I get to work is check to see if they're all 255.255.255.0 or 255.255.255.255! I'll edit the post then.

UPDATE: I am happy to announce that the wrong subnet mask was configured on the Local Connection properties, this fixed Issue #1 and also part of Issue #2 (Computer B, which was the XP, had the wrong subnet and now can connect to the printer).

As for Computer C, it had the correct subnet. I'm not sure what I did since I did many things before testing but it got fixed, if it ever happens again I'll be sure to ask for help! :)

If the WAN port on the 2nd router is not used, everything should be on the same subnet.

Once I hooked things up in a similar manner and I think I too had issues, it's been a while but I recall a router used in that manner doesn't pass netbios or dns/wins correctly but am not 100% sure. Now 8 ports switches are dirt cheap.
