Issue with video card display with msi motherboard

Hello
I got a motherboard msi z87-g45 gamer edition and a asus HD7850 video card and a 750 watt power supply

when I cpu the video card into the pci-e 3.0 slot I got no display if I instert into the other 2 slot it work and alos the onboard video card it work also ...

the bios of the motherboard is 1.9

do you have an idea of what it could be ?

Try removing the card, hook up to the on board video, then go into BIOS and set the Primary Graphics to PEG, save exit, shutdown, unplug, install the GPU in the primary slot, attach the power connector, plug in and give it a try
