Will My CPU Handle the GTX 980 TI 6GB SC??
-----------------------------------------------------------
I like to Play These Games world of tanks, planet side 2, battlefield 4, crysis 3, borderlands 2,
Far Cry 3, Far Cry 4, Thief, Tomb Raider 2013, Metro 2033 Non Redux, Metro 2033 Last Light Non Redux, Aliens Vs Predator and Many Other Titles.

i would like to run games on ultra or maxed out @1080p 60fps, without AA/ Motion Blur.

Admirable

See my signature there is a bottlenecking guide / chart.
Your CPU should be able to handle it, however it may bottleneck the GPU but it should be minor bottleneck so i would say you are fine.
