So I saw this thing called Leap Computing Where you rent a hosted gaming PC you can access in a Virtual Machine looking window as long as you have an internet connection. Is there a way to do this with my own gaming PC? Like host it at home, but play games on it from anywhere with an internet connection?

im not sure but you would need a very strong upload speed if you can. Check if yours is greater than 5mbps here and make sure to look at upload not download. Even 5mbps is pushing it and you will probably only play 720p 30fps.

That is actually a pretty standard upload speed, for most applications download speed is more important but for hosting a cloud gaming server you would want a fast upload speed. .85mb is too weak for cloud gaming. :/ just out of curiosity what is your download speed?
