I just upgraded to windows 7 professional since i upgraded my ram to DDR4 32gb RAM.

Now i got some RAM problems with my OS.

The msinfo32 utility in windows 7 pro displays my:

- ("Installed Physical Memory RAM") as: 32GB.
- (" Total Physical Memory ") as: 28.9GB
-("Available Physical Memory RAM") as: 24.7GB

The problem is that if the installed ram is 32gb then how come the total ram is showing as 28.9GB?
I want windows 7 pro edition to use all my 32gb ram because i got this version for this purpose ONLY

Solution
It is Showing correct Info.
1. you lose some ram since the specs calculate by 1kb=1000 bytes while computer calculates by 1kb=1024 bytes.
2. the Integrated graphics and processor is Allocated a portion of the RAM , I guess 4Gb in your case. You can check this in your Bios. or run>> dxdiag.exe , display tab .
