My brother has joined us and wants a gaming pc.
He has a budget for around £650 to allow for keyboards etc after.
He plays CS:GO, Ark:Survival, Mine craft etc etc and would like to run them at a high level of graphics.
Ideally a pre-built or on a site that will build it, as I know PCs but have never attempted to build one myself.
Any builds would be great, easily upgrade able, will work for the near future new releases, and just a generally speedy/decent graphics rig.

Solution
You'd have to build these but these are the best you could get for the budget that will run most of the newest games at Max with 60+ fps. P.S its actually really simple to build a pc, just like building a lego model.

i5 4460
r9 380 (or the r9 290 if you have a little more cash)
Kingston HyperX Fury Black DDR3 2x4gb 1600Mhz
wd blue 1tb or samsung evo 850 120gb or both (you should get both)
nzxt source 210
Asus z97-p
corsair cx 500w modular

Minimum for any "Good" gaming pc is an i5, 8gb ram and a card as good as or better than the gtx 960. Anything lower won't play the heavy games at 60fps
