What PSU is suitable for my system?

What watt psu would anyone recommend for this system:

AMD FX8320 8 core (3.5GHz - but I wish to overclock to 4.0GHz)
MSI Nvidia Gtx 960 2gb
MSI 970 AM3 ATX Motherboard
HyperX Fury (2x4gb) DDR3 1866MHz
Corsair hydro series H55 cpu liquid cooler
Kingston 120GB SSD

And an extra 120mm LED case fan.
Finally, if anyone can spot anything wrong with this system I hope to build, thanks.

One last thing, is there any models of that XFX ATX 550 that is semi-modular? I fear if I purchase a psu that is not semi-moduled then it will be messy cable management.

I'm also having issues deciding on a tower, I wanted some sort of black/red, window panel that fits the components... Trying to budget £60 only, I can't decide on either one of these:
