Computer shutdown and wont start

Yesterday my computer did shutdown and wont wake up. I made some tests, I got 1 old PSU and 1 old GPU, i tried my new PSU with old GPU and it starts. i try New PSU with new GPU (2x 6 pin connectors) and wont start. So leads me that either PSU works but 2x 6pin connectors are broken, or graphic card is broken.

Both pieces were brought 2 weeks ago.

I don't think it is the connector since it is not really a piece which fails a lot but if you have a voltage meter you can measure the voltage on the connector.
Another thing you could do is testing the old PSU with the new GPU.

I suggest that you post which components that you use. Maybe something has some experience with them or someones spots a compatibility issue

Well Old PSU and New GPU, does not have enough 6x Pins, although i have only adapters for 1x 6x pin which GPU requires 2

Dou you have a voltmeter?
I would meassure the connectors just to be sure that it is not the connector.
Here is a picture of the pin assignement: http://cdn.overclock.net/a/ac/ac82eb1d_pinout.png

Edit: If you don't have a voltmeter you could theoretically connect your fan to the connector and if it spins at full power then it is ok.
Just make sure that you connect the yellow cable from the fan to +12V and one of the black ones to GND.

Lets say the Pins work, could it be GPU fault?

Well if it works with the old stuff and it still works if you use the new PSU and the connectors are ok then it can only be the GPU right?
You could also run the new configruation with and without GPU but you connect your screen to a MB port.
It should for sure work when the GPu is not connected and it should also work when the GPU is connected but maybe the GPU actually creates a short circuit, then the PSU would probably shut down.

I gave my computer to service people who fix them but it has been 1 day already and they say that might be fault of "motherboard" and pc starts sometimes but sometimes wont start up... I dont know... I hope its fixed otherwise ill just have to keep my GTX 960 In my stash doing nothing.. If you have any ideas what it might be as problem tell me, thanks

I can understand your decision but in my experience these service guys are not helpful at all.
Another thing you could check is what exactly does not work.
Does the PSU shutdown (you will here a click noise in this case), does the MB ertc. get power but it doesn't post.
This would be interesting to know because it says if it is a data or a power error.

Did you use old power cables with the new PSU because the cables are often not interchangable.

I don't think it is an MB fault since you are using the same PCI-E x16 connector (I assume) and it works with your old setup.
