I've just noticed that one of the fan blades on my MSI GTX 770 Lightning has snapped off a fan. The temps seem to be about right however I am worried that future problems could occur. Is it that big of a deal and is it detrimental to the health of my GPU?

No it is no problem, just that now the weight is uneven, so that fan will wear down faster and start to make some noise, earlier than normal.

if it is just one then not big a deal, but since the fan is not balanced I think this will weaken the bearings
