System is not overclocked in anyway, and never has been

Troubleshooting so far:

Updated to most recent GPU Drivers
No Ram errors (memtest86x) 2x passes
HD has no damaged sectors (HDtune) 1x pass
Scanned for Virus and system is clean
CPU Stress test (Prime95) 45Minutes and stayed stable
Flashed bios from version 605 to ver:2102
GPU memory test (VMT) Express mode run was error free
Ram voltage and clock speed are correct
Windows has been reinstalled multiple times over the years but problem persists
Nothing related in event log
Re-cleaned everything with forced air
Reorganized all wiring for max airflow and to check for shorts
I DID stress test my PSU 45 Minutes in Furmark and all Voltages stayed healthy.
Few days of normal use voltage monitoring with no Voltage irregularities
From there I Zero filled my HDD and did a fresh duel boot XP Pro/Linux Mint Install.

The problems:

PC will randomly freeze, sometimes under load sometimes at idle no correlation to anything specific. Usually locks up and is accompanied by a single drawn out bios beep until it resets itself. Other times it needs manually power cycled.

I can make it freeze consistently by running Oblivion but it freezes differently then. It will freeze up and not accept any inputs (inability to bring up task manager) but the music will continue in background, until i power cycle to hard reset it. In this case there are no bios beeps.

Idle:
CPU: 51C
MB: 42C
GPU: 47C
HD: 28C

Load:
(I ran Prime95 in mixed mode, and listened to music so CPU, HD, and Ram were in use) Until temps stopped climbing (15minutes?) I can try running a game if you prefer.

CPU: 66C
MB: 55C
GPU: 50C
HD: 30C

PSU is an unknown make, only marking is a serial # it was given to me by a friend.
Serial #: H0905025866

Sadly dont have another GPU, and no on-board graphics.
I ran VMT (video memory stress test in express mode) and it reported no errors.
Going to do a full length test overnight.

Looking for a trusted download source for Furmark to try that next.

Today i re-cleaned the PC with forced air
Rearranged all cables for max airflow and to check for shorts

Ive never heard of a PSU damaging a PC when it fails. It is grounded/Surge protected and MB has surge protection, although im not sure if that matters.

Is there anyway to stress test the PSU?

Just a little update...

I DID stress test my PSU 45 Minutes in Furmark and all Voltages stayed healthy.
Few days of normal use with no Voltage irregularities
From there I Zero filled my HDD and did a fresh duel boot XP Pro/Linux Mint Install.

The PC hasn’t crashed again since before my last post so 14+ Days now.
I will come back with longer term updates aswell

P.S. Thank you everyone for your help
