Hi there,

yesterday all was fine. today somehow no game works at all when i boot the game it goes up to the video of the game and then freezes gives a windows not responding error, i have no internet at the moment since the problem started but even offline games crash, so i am not around my PC for now but i can answer on my phone. all drivers are up to date my build is recent. All components are new etc.

(i ran: stresstest for ram/gpu/cpu all seems fine..

Thanks in advance!

I would just wipe the os and re-install fresh. Also, what components are you using?

Try running a synthetic benchmark such as heaven. And watch the performance of your graphics card. If it locks up. Restart your computer and un install all your graphics card drivers then re-install them.

I just msi kombuster which does the job perfectly fine with my gpu, yet games keep crashing i just did a restore point from yesterday and the issue persists i have literally no idea what it could be but defenitly no components problem.

Did you try un-installing all your graphics drivers and re-installing them?
As well as, what do your temps look like at idle?

you wouldn't believe what the problem was.. it's really odd but AMD's ccc installs AMD's Raptr software with it. which is similar to NVIDIA GeForce Experience in nvidia's case where you can record games set settings for games etc, if it isn't connected to the internet yet it's running in the background for me it caused for every single game to crash.. when i close the application fully the whole problem is solved.. i was about to do a fresh install of windows due to this crap. luckily i found what was the cause..

Lol. Well I'm glad that you figured out the problem and everything is back to normal. And a fresh os install sucks, trust me I had to do it one time when I overclocked my graphics card too high, the graphics card crashed and then fried everything in windows. I don't know what happened but I could log into linux but Windows was fried. Oh well, live and learn. Glad you got your computer back up and running!
