Theoretically it will make your ram run at 1333mhz but the performance gain is so slight that it is not noticeable

My Cpu clock ratio from 6 to 9

and i dont have 667

Those settings were to basically set the clock speed to match your ram speed, but I just read up on that board it is difficult to make ram run at 1333mhz, and it will run at 1066 mhz.
The headache to OC is not worth the performance upgrade that you will get from increasing your ram speed from 1066 to 1333
