I got here a list of the plans im going to buy,

is there any big difference if ever I will remove the GPU?
And is it able to run skyrim, GTA 5, Batman Arkham or Witcher.

will the power supply that i choose can handle the needed power?

It should be able to run those games around medium settings @ 1080p. I can't see what CPU you got, just that it's an i3 41xx (404 not found error), but if it's anything other than a 4130, you will need a BIOS update. The PSU is nice and will supply enough power.
