Computer boot up problem?

When I try to turn on my computer the first time after I shut it down, it boots but then once it's at the windows logo it shuts down however if I power it up a second time then it works.

What's causing this?

I built my computer only recently (1/2015)

Can you specifically state your RAM situation.

Have you messed with any settings? Overclocking?

Anything that may have caused this?

Both my RAM are HyperX Fury but one is black (8GB) and the other one is blue (4gb) the blue one might be 1600mhz while the black one is 1866mhz but I'm not sure since I never opened my case since I finished it.

Hmm for OCing I changed my power target to 110% on MSI afterburner but I didn't enable it to start on startup.






Edit: Oh yea and I also set a custom fan curve but I don't see how that would do anything.

Plug out the 4GB and see if that changes anything. Most likely this is the problem.
