i have few questions please i need expert advice thank you !!!
so the question is im going to buy this motherboard as im getting it in very cheap rate !!! so far the seller tells me that this mobo's 1 socket pin is broken and because of this 1 broken pin the 2x rams slots are not working and he is giving me 1 week check warrenty which includes no dead,burnt and damage will be accept !!!
so should i buy this mobo or not and if not please tell me why !!!
and will it give more effects on system because of this broken pin ??
2 x ram slots are not working just because of 1 broken pin !!!

my specs : core i5 3570
currently h61 chipset board switching to z77 sabertooth but it has problem as mentioned
2x4gb ram 1333mhz
corsair gs 600 watts
hard drive 500gb
gigabyte 7870 just died lol !!!...
