base system device driver for sony vaio on windows 7 32bit

I recently had my laptop fixed but now its saying i need a base system device driver and one of the usb ports wont work are they connected and where do i fine a base system device download? its a sony vaio PCG-7183M running windows 7, 32 bit with hardware ids PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_0592&SUBSYS_906B104D&REV_12

I'd install all of these:

Chipset driver: http://www.sony.co.uk/support/en/content/cnt-dwnl/prd-comp/Preinstalled_Drivers_4438/VGN-NW24S

Peripherals metadata: http://www.sony.co.uk/support/en/content/cnt-dwnl/prd-comp/EP0000214325_4902/VGN-NW24S

And, I'd also look elsewhere on the unit for a second model number that better identifies which hardware is included in your unit as Sony is well known for double modeling their laptops and desktops and showing only limited driver offerings for one model or the other. And since I can find no USB drivers or filters for that particular model number, it's likely listed under another model so if those drivers above do not resolve the issue we would need to pursue that avenue. You might be best...
