I have a dell inspiron 660 and all the parts are still stock for about two years. I am looking into buying the 600W PSU http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ALK3HF4/ref=as_li_qf_sp_asin_il_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B00ALK3HF4&linkCode=as2&tag=viglink20237-20. I am also wanting to buy a new GPU that can run on a Intel Core i5 and a 600W PSU. I have a budget of $150-$200. I'm new to this whole computer thing and I want some help.

Solution
If the PSU+Graphics card has to fit within $200, you're going to be limited to around $120-$130 for the graphics card after you get a good PSU. That may limit you to a R7 260X, which may still be a big jump from what you have.

Ahh is that what rebates are? If the budget was absolutely immovable you could get a Antec Earthwatts 450W for $56 (650W available for $65)(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371033&cm_re=antec_earthwatts-_-17-371-033-_-Product

But that'd limit future upgrades possibly

My budget limit could maybe possibly go up to $250, but I have other expenses.
