Hello there, i have more questions to ask ! I just got new SSD for my PC, and i don´t know answer myself these questions:
1. Do i need to install new Windows, or can i just split C: and D: drive on HDD, then rename HDD to D: and make SSD C: drive ?
2. OR can i just clone C: from HDD and move it to SSD ?
3. I have a lot of documents and things on HDD, will i need to make backup ?
4. Do i have to update chipset and bios ?
5. Can you give me more tips to installing SSD ?
I need to be sure,i just don´t want to made a bad move.

Solution
New SSD = 2 options:

1. Clean install. You don't need 'new' OS, just a reinstall of your current one.

2. Clone from the old drive tot he new drive.
This requires that the total used space in your C partition be smaller than the new SSD.

Documents and backup? It is ALWAYS advisable to have a backup. Just in case things go wrong.
Update chipset, etc? No.

Going to clone it, because i don´t have original copy of W7... I´ve already asked friend for external HDD for backup. And do you know some method splitting old C: and D: drive to D: drive and make SSD C: drive ? Or i can do it only on reinstalling windows...

1. What size is the SSD?
2. How much total used space is on the HDD?

If you do the clone thing, and it works properly, the new SSD will be the C drive, and the old drive will be D (or something else)
If it works.

1. 240GB
2. There´s C: 297/488GB and D: 690/1340 GB but i can reinstall all programs

Oh, alright, i would be happier if there would be only C: (SSD) and D: (HDD) ^^

Is this two physical drives, or 2 partitions on a single 2TB HDD?

In any case, to clone the C partition, you'll have to reduce that partition to below 200GB.

It´s 2 partitions on a single 2TB HDD.

No.
Clone the C partition, and the small System Reserved partition, to the new SSD.
If it completes successfully, disconnect all other drives, and see if it boots properly.

Then we can investigate what to do with the old drive.

Yes, i´ve already set SSD to primary boot device and i´ve already deleted old Windows from HDD

No, we need to actually disconnect that HDD.
Why? The System Reserved partition (boot info) on that drive, F drive on Disk 0, may still be in control. Probably not, but we want to be sure that it is using the System Reserved on Disk 1 (the SSD).

OK...for your Disk 0
Now that we've determined that it is booting properly from the SSD:

In Disk Management
Delete the "F" partition. That is the old System Reserved, and completely not needed
You'll be left with G & H partitions. You can merge these, or just keep them as individual partitions

On Disk 1:
The C & D are what was on your original HDD.
You can move whatever data is in the D partition to somewhere else, and then delete that partition. Extend the C partition into that space.
