Will this PSU work with my build?

I am wondering if the PSU I am thinking about getting will work in this build. Does it have enough wattage and will it fit into an Antec GX300?

P.S the graphics card is a GeForce GTX 650 and I intend to overclock the CPU. Also please tell me if there are any better PSUs for around £30 or less.

I'm predicting it will be fine. That said, until you actually tell us what PSU you are talking about, things will remain unclear.

For that matter, you should probably just give us your computer's specs as well.

You're not going to find a good psu for 30 pounds. You need to put in at least i'd say 50, 46 usd isn't going to cut it especially if you plan on overclocking

This would work with your rig but i still think it's cutting it pretty damn close power wise. Your gpu is going to draw close to 400watts. Which isn't even including the cpu, memory, hdd, peripherals expansions cards etc.

I'd feel safe with at least a 600 watt.

This is about the same price but, it's not modular nor does it have an 80+ gold rating. It's the cheapest i could find.

Never skimp out on a psu, it's one of the most important parts in a build.

But if you plan on adding cards or upgrading in a couple years it's better to just spend the 100-120 on a decent psu now so you're essentially future proofing. But it's your choice no need to spend extra cash. The Silverstone, Seasonic, XFX, and Rosewill are some fairly good brands to choose from.

Thanks to you all for the advice, I have decided to go for the Silverstone strider 600W power supply. It makes me go a bit over budget but at least my PC won't go over the wattage and cause any damage.

The first PSU you recommended to me was from Newegg and their shipping costs to the UK are around £20. I also couldn't find that PSU on any UK site. And I could only find the second PSU for around £65.

I just looked on CCL's website (I completely forgot about them) and did find some cheaper power supplies with the same or higher wattage however non had a higher efficiency rating, but I have already bought the Silverstone PSU...
