I play a lot of games on my PC and I have decided to buy an SSD to boost load times. I have a 1TB hard drive in my pc and I only have about 300 GB left of free space. Most of my storage space is occupied by video games, but I feel like I can just keep certain games on the hard drive and move my more demanding ones to the SSD. It would be nice to save some money and just get the 250gb one but I would rather shell out the extra cash than to run out of space. Is it worth it to get the 500gb or should I settle for the 250gb?

Bought a Samsung Evo 850 500Gb got it yesterday for my Dell Inspiron N5010 Laptop 8 gigs ram I3 2.27 Ghz processor Windows 10. installing the drive in one of these laptops is not for the faint hearted, you have to take the keyboard out, Dvd drive, and disconnect 3 ribbon cable connectors that are very delicate. Upon completion the Dell (American Megatrends) Bios saw the drive immediately and it was ready to load from a pre-made flash drive I prepped. One would think loading the OS would be the easy part! wrong, Load started and a message came up that my PC was missing a necessary driver browse to locate or insert media. Obviously the driver Windows 10 was looking for was the (S)erial (ATA) driver for the intel HM57 chipset. Up to dell support I went on my spare PC grabbed the Intel storage controllers extracted the Inf's, dll's, cab's to the root of the pre prepped USB drive. The load ran flawlessly and in record time. The speed gain from HDD to SSD is so worth your time and money I'm upgrading my Dell Latitude E6500 next. Totally worth it!
