Looking to sell my Mac and finally get a PC

Hello to all! I am currently a Mac user but am growing very tired of my machine. I also love to game, and am finding it exceedingly more difficult to put money either towards consoles, or be left behind because of the lack of games that come to OSX. I was oping that someone could provide me with the best way to both sell my Mac, and then turn around a either build or purchase a great gaming laptop. The only reason I say laptop and not desktop is because I am still in university, and still very much rely on my setup being mobile. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

A gaming Laptop has to be bought, you can't build them. And they start at like $1200, which you won't get for your Mac.

A gaming Desktop can be gotten for as low as $550, and can go up to $900 and then $1300 depending on quality. ($450 is bare minimum, but it's a lot of parts that won't last long)

After selling the Mac you'll have to tell us how much money you actually have to spend.
