[SOLVED] amd x4 940 and pny gtx 770 oc2

I am getting 55 Fps in unigene heaven in ultra setting x8 AA on average with this old computer. I play games like Smite(DX9 GAME) only get 45 and dips 32 fps in battle seens

I Played fallout new vegas and cyrsis 2 on this ssytem and saw better fps than Smite. Why? How can i get more fps on crysis 2 than Smite?

I have since built a new system (see rig in sig). The old system is ny daughters now... squeezing the life out of it.

UPDATE:

I have since looked at ALOT of threads on SMITE forum about this issue. There are many people with i5 and i3 cpus and htx 670 and 760 gpus having similar issues. I played cyrsis 2 online ao so you know my frames stayed above 50. I have GREAT cable internet isp also. My wireless connection is 30mpbs and my ethernet is over 65mpbs. This system is on the wireless... my cpu useage is 70% on 2 cores and 10 to 30% on the other 2 so its not a cou bottleneck. I guess this game is poorly optimized. .Even changing settings like AA OFF or AA 8x dont change things much like in other games FPS would go way up when switching AA off... i was begging to think this old system couldn't cut it anymore. Then again a toaster can run this game
