specs

500 GB seagate harddrive
dvd disc reader/writer
8gb ram
amd fx 8320 proccessor (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113285&cm_re=amd_fx_8320-_-19-113-285-_-Product)
amd radeon r7 200 graphics card
asus P8B75-M/CSM motherboad (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131836&cm_re=asus_motherboard-_-13-131-836-_-Product)
thermaltake case (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811133196)

I also have several peripherals which i don't really need, (i'm planning on replacing this with a laptop) not sure weather to include them when selling
mazer e3-blue mouse(decent but not super high quality mouse)
generic keyboard
three kinda trash screens and adapters that allow them all to hook up to the setup simeltaneously

any thoughts are appreciated, i'm thinking probably ebay will be where i'll sell it, but if anyone has thoughts on that i'd be happy to take advice.

Solution
The PSU is not 30w no chance. It is 350 minimum. And I need the brand/model. this is the most important part of the PC and you will have a rough time selling a PC with a junk PSU.

I would say your system is probably worth like $300.

Get the most money on craigslist. Save shipping fees, listing fees, final value fees, and paypal fees. Also people on ebay will try to get anything for as low as possible. Someone on craigslist will probably pay more.

i believe the psu is 30 watts
the mobo was inncorrect, here is the correct one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132306&cm_re=asus_motherboard-_-13-132-306-_-Product
im not sure about compatibility except to say that i am 100% sure that the mobo is an asus(looking at it right now), and my pc details clearly list the amd fx as the processor, and the computer works, I built it a few years ago, so i dont remember exactly, but it is working as i type this, so i dont know.
the graphics card is the msi radeon r7 260x (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127762)

Thanks for the intrest

Thanks for your estimate and your help, i am totally unsure of the psu wattage as i built this a while ago and didnt keep the info, it says 10amps and 100-240 volts on the back but that might just be the power input it wants, regardless, the computer runs, as i am currently using it, i'll check the brand if it is marked momentarily, would you advise that i list it with the peripherals included?

EDIT: I checked the PSU, its a modular extreme kingwin 600 watt ME-600 (http://www.microcenter.com/product/399332/600w_modular_extreme_power_supply_-_refurbished)

^^ going to agree with him on this one.

that PSU is one of the worst psus you could get. I'd try selling it for $250-200 max. Dont expect it to sell fast though.
