First things first: I'll post my PC specs

CPU- Intel Core i7 5960x
GPU- GTX Titan X
MOBO- Asus X99 Deluxe
RAM- 16gb Corsair Vengence 2666mhz DDR4

The issue is that the memok led will light up from time to time when I try to boot my PC. I hold down the button for a couple seconds, and all is seemingly well. The BIOS prompts me to save the memory profile (which is already saved as an XMP anyway). The PC will work for a few days before the process starts all over again. I have tested all my memory (to no avail), and I am using the latest BIOS (1801). I have no idea what the problem is. Can anyone offer some advice? Thanks

Thanks I'll try your bench and provide updates. I had previously thought it to be a grounding issue and loosened the mobo screws a few days ago (obviously to no avail)

I tried your ram troubleshooting methods without any luck. The system has been working fine for a while now, without any ram issues. The system flat out refused to post both 2 days ago and earlier today, with memok staying continuously lit. After holding down the button, it recognized the memory, but it's like the motherboard forgot my memory settings and I had to reconfigure them by holding the button. I'm thinking it's a cmos issue. Will removing the cmos battery and reinstalling it remove all my bios settings? My CPU is overclocked to 4.4 ghz. The ram has two xmp profiles: one with 1.2 volts and one with 1.35. It is currently on the profile with 1.35 volts. Any other options?
