Hey, so I had made a post already and my budget had gone so high. I do like gaming at max with 60 FPS. Also, I like to render on Cinema 4D with MAX settings and I also Photoshop quite a bit. Is this build good? Maybe I can lower the MoBo cost and probably get an air cooler.

Thanks!

Changed to a far superior motherboard in terms of quality.

The Noctua NH-D14 or 15 are both a good cooler if you will overclock a bunch everything else looks good. You also should look at a GTX 970 or R9 280X / 290. The 4GB GTX 960 is useless as the graphics card cannot use all 4GB.

I suggest an R9 390, it is about the same price as a GTX 970 but a little better.

It is a tad over your $1100 budget, but includes 16gb ram and 500 gb SSD (good for rendering and photoshop).

This is better but 30 over budget

The performance is going to be the same except the quality of the board is much better with Gigabyte. MSI has had PWM issues and all the PWM issues I come across are with MSI motherboards. Gigabyte is going to offer the exact same features as the MSI board but for cheaper and higher quality :)

I read online that AMD GPU's get a little loud. A bigger PSU means the GPU wouldnt be loud and 750W Bronze is pretty god for price. But you're the expert. Is there a good 750W PSU? Also, Im not sure on the cooler I chose...

750w is useless for your build. It is all about quality not wattage. The NEX PSU is louder than the GS 550w. Also the PSU will have no effect on the sound of the GPU fan or the GPU itself. A crappy PSU will make a whining noise like the NEX. :) If you want a quality 750w you should go with this:

I might want to upgrade my video card in the future and I need more power for that :p Also, should I stay with the Hyper TX3 or stay on the stock cooler. Also, the Radeon card might block some drive bays? Would that cause a big problem?

The 212 evo is a bit better than the TX3. I would go with it over the TX3 and the TX3 is better than the stock one. The 100R is not a very good case. I would look at getting at least a 200R. Or the Corsair budget line.
This is a better budget case than both of the above.

Hey, so i don't know if there would be a difference, but should I stay with the 280X or should I go with a XFX Radeon R9 290 4GB Double Dissipation Video Card? The 290 is slightly better rated than the 280X yet has a lower base clock but I can probably overclock the 290 to 1.10 or so.

Thanks for the reply! Is there another R9 290 that might be a bit better? Such as the "Gigabyte Radeon R9 290 4GB WINDFORCE" card? higher base clock, and its cheaper. Im still learning about GPU's so I want to consult someone who understands GPU's better than me :p
