To begin, I have Verizon as my ISP and my plan is 75/75 (download/upload). I tried uploading a Youtube video and it takes me about 6 hours and I realize that it can't be that slow. I ran a speed test on Verizon's website and I got about 30/3. I called Verizon seeking for their help and they ran diagnostics and that didn't work. After the diagnostics didn't work they told me to run a speed test on another computer. I ran a speed test on my laptop and my results were 79/86. Then I ran another speed test on my PC and I was getting less than 30 down speed and less than 1 up speed. Then the person from Verizon turned off the firewall, but it still wasn't working and then he told me that it was something on my PC blocking the internet speed or something like that. Unfortunately i can't find the issue on my PC.

If what the other guy said doesn't work, change your WiFi channel, usually hitting auto works, but if not mess around and see what is best, and if you are not a far distance from your router then set your router to 5.0 GHz.

Are you getting low bars? Or, as a solution you can also connect your computer up to your router with Ethernet LAN assuming that you are near it and have a desktop. If not, I am so sorry.
