I've built a pc in march so it's not too old. The main issue I have is that I can not turn the computer on at all, however the computer turns its self on and I can see my psu fan moving, the system fans moving, my graphics card lighting up, my motherboard lighting up as well, the speakers turning on, then it turns off right away. It usually takes around 5-10 seconds for this process to happen again and it is nonstop unless I take the power off. I've looked everywhere for solutions and people either say that its the motherboard or the psu being faulty, which I personally don't think is the issue. If there is anyway to test my psu or hardware please let me know. Also the hdd light on my case keeps blinking as well. There is also no beeping when the process happens just the sound of the fans starting. Anyways my specs are
