GTX 960 4G vs R9 390 8G

I'm building a new PC and I was originally planning on getting the R9 390 8G but then I found a GTX 960 4G SC. Do any of you know which is better for the money? I know the R9 390 is a pain to work with at the start with the horrible drivers and all, but I was going to bare with it for the benefits of the card.

4GB GTX 960 is useless. It cannot use all 4GB at one time. I would go with a R9 280X / R9 380 or a GTX 970.

there are no AMD drivers issues. That's bs. Use the latest 15.7 drivers from amd.com and R9 390 is about 2.5x faster than 960

Maybe they've updated the drivers and fixed the problem. The last review I've seen that had the driver issue in the cons was on the 14th, when was their latest update?

No. It is a physical core issue. The only reason for the 4GB is for marketing. It allows the makers to cheap buyers out of cash. It is 100% useless.

Yes. The other 2 are accessible it just cannot use more than 2GB at a time so it is basically like you cannot access it.
