Hey guys this is my first pc forum and post so I ask you guys to bare with me if I maybe do something wrong.

Okay so I built a gaming pc (first pc build) and I noticed that with the drivers that windows installs crashes my pc. What will happen is after 2-10 minutes of on-time my pc's screen will turn a solid color maybe orange or green sometimes black with lines vertically across the screen. So I removed the drivers and windows replaced it with some generic driver. Then my pc doesn't crash. But the moment I launch a game it will lag intensely and crash within 20 seconds at most, it will then get the blue screen of death with the error clock watchdog timeout. I haven't tried playing a game with the 7750 driver because most times my pc will crash before I can actually launch the game. I go on amd's website and install a driver but it's a catalyst, and windows will not recognise that I installed a driver so it keeps that generic one (still getting b.s.o.d at this point). I decided to try something I swapped gpu's with my old hp desktop (hd 7570) and windows installed the driver for it. So far it didn't crash and this the only way I can use my new pc including gaming. (BTW my pc's about a few days old in terms of when I put it together.

SPECS:
CPU: AMD X8 FX-8350.
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7750 Double black diamond edition.
MOBO: ASUS M5A97.
RAM: 1x 8gb stick and 1x 4gb stick of hp ram (for a total of 12gb).
PSU: Thermaltake TR2 600w.
HDD: WD Blue 1tb.
no I have not overclocked anything everything is factory.
Thanks and I hope you guys can help!

Ok i plugged the 7750 in my other pc and the mother board made like 4-6 beeps and nothing displayed after that. I think the psu in that pc is not the recommended wattage but I dont see how 100w difference is gonna prevent the gpu from working especially on a boot up. Whats your take on this?

Okay now crashing problem went away after I got a r9 380 but in gameplay it freezes every 2 seconds for 1 second and repeats. This seems like a similar problem that I was receiving before.

Okay you are gonna hate me and I truly am sorry to bug you but, my pc crashed out of nowhere. After trying to turn it on the screen is black. hdd light is solid, and it wont turn off even if I hold the power button for ten seconds. Unless I hit the switch on the psu which I really dont want to do.

WWWHHHHHAAAAAAATTTTTTTTTTT TTTTTHHHHHHHEEEEEEEEE ***************************************************!!!!!!!!!!!

CPU AT 111 °?!!! I'm just about done with life. WHY DID I NOT THINK OF THIS!!!

Yeah, CPU definitely dead, if it died on you like that. >90°F is considered overheating, and if you even got remotely close to 111, you're a goner. Just get a Intel motherboard, CPU, etc. Actually, you can inspect for any burn mark on the motherboard, if not you may be able to reuse it.

Oh well, if you're getting such high temps at 1.35V and 4.3 Ghz, it might've been not as lucky chip as one that can do 5.0Ghz could anyway.

wait my cpu runs 115F ~ 46C (I'm Canadian) so it's overheating?
