CPU voltage to 1.4v, slowly reduce until instable.
FSB to 266
Keep memory at 800/1066ghz
This will give 3.6Ghz even on a cheap G41 motherboard, anything more is a bonus, but not worth the hassle or stress on power subsystem.
Make sure you are not using stock cooler !
