Different ram speeds?

Does this motherboard have three different ram speeds?
Why is the memory shown as: DDR3 1600/1333/1066?
What is the actual speed?

The motherboard SUPPORTS different ram speeds. So that means you can get any one of the 3 speeds (1600 being preferable) and it will work. 1600 is the max speed, technically you could buy even faster but it will only run at 1600.

That just shows the ram speeds that the motherboard supports. In this case it will only support ram with 1600mhz, 1333mhz or 106MHz. You can use faster ram but it will only run at the highest speed the motherboard supports

Yes you can buy ram at like 2400, 3000, 3200. However any of those are a waste as they will run at a max speed of 1600 on your board.
