i dont know whare can i set porfile in x.m.p pls help

Go into BIOS, enable XMP and select profile 1

thats the problame i cant find xmp in my motherbord --

my mother bord is old but maybe he need update ?

Should be in your manual to set up manually via DRAM frequency and timings, page 2-11 in the English version

Go into BIOS set DRAM data rate/freq to 1600 and ensure the timings are set to the sticks specs
