I am looking to upgrade to a USB3.0 wifi adapter. I can't run wires in my place, would have to drill holes in walls and landlord won't allow, so I'm stuck with wifi. I want the goddam fastest adapter there is, gaming and all that fun. I see a D-Link AC1900 Ultra Wi-Fi USB 3.0 Adapter (DWA-192). Question is, on a lesser important requirement, is it linux compatible? I have a hell-o-time finding out the info. I see one specification on the D-link website saying only windows, then I see it says it will make your pc or mac faster. Mac doesn't always mean linux, but sometimes it does. Anyone know if this sucker will work on linux? If not, so you know of another AC1900 USB adapter that will?
I hate lag, please let me know before I chuck my very heavy rig out of the window!
