There are 2 problems to my 780t front panel. The hard drive led and the restart button won't turn on. I've connected the wires according to manual.

Solution
The restart button has a wire so it can be used, not for the LED. I have never had a LED on a restart button, only the Power, HDD and power button.

As for the HDD LED, make sure you have the polarity correct. I think that one can be put on backwards. The Corsair cases have all black cables and if you put it on backwards it is hard to tell. So try flipping it around and see if it starts working then.
The Hard drive LED will only light up when there is activity on the drive. Mine on my 500R is never always on. Try running a defrag on a hard drive and see if it causes the LED to flash.

As for the restart button, it doesn't have an LED on it so it wont light up.

I know that the hard drive LED won't lit up constantly, only when the hard drive is being accessed or used but it won't lightt up even for a second and the restart button has a led wire for the motherboard but I don't know if it really should light up.
